The project is situated in Daguan District, Anqing City.
Project brief: the newly built greenhouse covers a total area of 7,488 square meters. The single span is 12 meters (axis) long, there are 13 continuous spans with a total length of 156 meters (axis), the transverse column space is 4.0 meters and 48.0 meters wide (axis), the eaves are 6 meters high, and outer sunshades are 7.5 meters high. The greenhouse is ventilated through a combination of natural mode and mechanical mode, and electric windows are arranged on both sides of the gutter. The top is made of 5 mm tempered float glass, surrounded by 0.5 m high brick walls and hollow tempered float glass for maintenance.
The multi-span 120 Venlo glass greenhouse was adopted according to the natural factors, c**truction cost, and crop growth needs of Anqing. Venlo greenhouse comes from the Netherlands and is a kind of small roof glass greenhouse. It has been recognized by the world and has become the most widely used type of glass greenhouse in the greatest quantity in the world. Also, it has the characteristics of a small cross-section, simple installation, high light transmittance, good sealing, large ventilation area, and so on.
The main structure of the greenhouse is assembled (no welding) and special aluminum alloy profiles (in accordance with GB 5237-2008), the skeleton and all kinds of connecti** are treated by hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion protection. The top covering material is 5 mm tempered float glass, the surrounding covering material is hollow tempered glass 5 mm + 9 A + 5 mm, the light transmittance is 90%-92%, the heat transfer efficiency is 3%, the normal service life is ≥20 years, and it is resistant to dew and is suitable for planting greenhouse, display greenhouse, and scientific research greenhouse in the south.
Configuration: external sun-shading system, interior thermal insulation shading system, top windowing, computer control system, water supply system, cooling/heating equipment, power distribution system, circulating ventilation system, etc.
